Rooms lack basic maintenance, hotel security feels minimal!!! The pool area could use better cleanliness measures!!! Overall, I expected more for my money given the branding!!!

I had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect as it's close to the beach and numerous dining options. My Beautiful King Room with Balcony was modern and clean. The pool area was enjoyable, and the staff provided excellent service. I will return! 🌴

Had an awesome time with my friends here. The location was right near the nightlife on Bangla Road and just a quick walk to the beach. The staff was lovely, making us feel right at home. Don't miss the breakfast. it's a great way to start your day!

One downside was the insects we noticed around the entrance of our room. it was a bit off-putting when we first arrived.

My stay at Doubletree By Hilton was quite enjoyable. The staff provided exceptional service during my business trip, particularly with efficient check-in and check-out processes. The room I stayed in was a well-appointed Deluxe King Room with all the necessary amenities for work. The hotel's location was excellent, just across from the beach and close to numerous restaurants and shopping options, making it convenient for both business and leisure.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, causing some disruptions.

I really enjoyed my stay with cozy and clean accommodations and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing Thai food in the restaurant that impressed a picky eater like me, making every meal a delight to savor while being just a short stroll away from both Patong Beach and the bustling Bangla Mall, perfect for my weekend explorations.

The beachfront location is amazing with the soft sand just steps away! The buffet breakfast was a food lover's dream, featuring an array of delicious options from fresh fruits to savory dishes. Plus, soaking in the picturesque pool while enjoying the sunshine made my stay that much more special!

The pool access room was a great feature, allowing immediate access to the water whenever desired. Staff members were exceptionally welcoming, with Timmy at the pool bar serving delicious cocktails that made the experience even more enjoyable. I also loved the smoked meat at breakfast. it was a highlight for my palate. However, the noise from nearby nightlife was a bit disruptive at times, and the wait during peak meal hours could be frustrating. The shuttle services could have been more frequent for easier access to local spots.
